Strategic Diagnostic Service
Often it's difficult to know the first steps to take when reviewing your business. Business can be all consuming and there often isn't much time left in the day to look at the big picture issues you know need attention. There is a lot riding on any change so it seems easier to leave things the way they are. By identifying the key opportunities to improve the performance of your business a Strategic Diagnostic can be a catalyst to change and the start of a satisfying journey.
Our strategic diagnostic service was developed through conversations with a number of potential clients that knew that they needed to do something but didn't think they needed to do a full scale business plan or marketing plan.
Often businesses have a great idea, product or service but are not sure of the next step they need to take.
This service is perfect for a small business client as they can start the process and get on with it themselves or get more help as they require.
Our purpose is to help accelerate business growth, we
do this by working with businesses at several levels to develop compelling strategic plans, achievable sales & marketing plans, and by introducing new online channels. The Strategic Diagnostic Service is a clear first step. From here businesses can work on their key focus areas independently or they can work with InsideOut or another service provider to address them.
The programme examines key practices across the organisation and then identifies the areas that need attention and provides specific recommendations on how to address. The programme is made up of the following components;
Strategic Interviews - this depends on the size of the organisation - typically somewhere between two and four one on one interviews will be completed. These are structured interviews examining key aspects and processes of the organisation.
Facilitated SWOT Session - a two hour SWOT (strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats) session will be facilitated with a group of up to eight key staff.
Materials review - existing business plans, marketing plans, product plans.
Marketing materials - existing marketing material, advertising, brochures, retail premises, websites will be reviewed.
Report and Recommendations. All the findings will be documented into a report which will highlight key focus areas and recommendations on next steps.
Our strategic diagnostic service costs $3,750 + GST. This includes the interviews, SWOT workshop, material reviews and the report with key opportunities and recommendations.
